  God's Perspective

  Sometimes it's amazing for me to think about God's perspective, that God loves me for any reason, really.  Even on a good day, when I'm serving God with all that's in me, my motives can be impure, my heart can turn away.
  
  But, because I am in Christ, I have to know these things are true . . .
  When I see my brokenness -----> God sees me whole
  When I see my failure -----> God sees the growth that comes from reliance on Him
  When I see myself as ugly ----->  God is enthralled with my beauty
  When I feel unloved and unlovable -----> God speaks, "I have loved you with an everlasting love"
  When I'm lonely -----> God makes good on His promise to never leave or abandon me
  When I am afraid -----> God's perfect love casts out all fear
  When all I can see is my unrighteousness ----->  God sees me as the righteousness of Christ
